Day 1: Arrive Beirut

Upon arrival in Beirut transfer to your hotel. Enjoy Beirut city tour visiting its landmarks. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 2: Beirut / Sidon and Tyre

Proceed towards South for the visit of Sidon and Tyre, two old Phoenician cities. First stop in Tyre, visit of the old town with its triumphal arch, the remains of ancient columns and the magnificent hippodrome, a UNESCO World heritage site. Proceed to Sidon and visit Echmoun temple, an ancient place of worship dedicated to the Phoenician God of healing. Later discover the 13th century crusader castle, the soap museum and the old souks and Khan El Franj. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 3: Beirut

Head to the North of the country. Start by the visit of the museum of the famous poet Gebran Khalil Gebran, continue to visit the Cedars of God. Afterwards continue to the majestic valley of Qannoubine a UNESCO heritage site, is hewn from the rock at the foot of the highest peak of the Lebanese mountain chain, Qornet es-Sawda, which rises to 3083 meters.  We visit the monastery of St. Anthony located in the valley. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 4: Beirut/ Baalbek

The “Sun City” of the ancient world has long enjoyed a reputation as one of the wonders of the world and mystics still attribute special powers to the courtyard complex. Discover the roman temples of Bacchus and Jupiter. Bekaa Valley is home to Lebanon’s famous vineyards and we visit a winery. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 5: Beirut / The Chouf mountains

Head to the spectacular mountains of the Chouf to visit the picturesque village of Deir el Qamar consisting of stone houses with red-tiled roofs and the Beiteddine Palace. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 6: Beirut /Jiita Grotto and Byblos

While heading towards North we visit the Jiita Grotto which is a compound of crystalized caves (nominated among the 7 natural wonders of the world). Arrive in one of the oldest port of the world, Byblos with its picturesque ancient fishing harbour, Roman remains, Crusader castle and beautifully restored souq, many visitors fall in love at first sight with Byblos. Overnight in Beirut.

Day 7: Depart Beirut

Transfer to Beirut International airport for your flight back home.
